Programming 101: Laying the Foundation [Thursday, March 20th, 6 — 8 pm]
Laying the Foundation is designed to lead nonprofit organizations step-by-step through the beginning processes of designing a program.  We will cover environmental scans, needs assessments and looking for partners.  This is a great workshop those who have lots of ideas and energy, but aren't sure where to start.  The foundation for any program is also a necessary component of any future grant proposal.  Click Here to register.

Programming 201: Assembling the Pieces [Wednesday, April 2nd, 6 — 8 pm]
Assembling the Pieces is designed to introduce logic models.  We will teach you the vocabulary and program components that funders are looking for, as well as how they relate to each other.  Every sound program will have a solid logic model beneath it.  Click Here to register.
